This system uses the industry's best security methods and practises. All credit card numbers are housed within a secure environment. We never record a copy of your credit card details.
Empire Supplies will cover the cost of freight of returned
items where the mistake has been ours. Empire Supplies will accept returns of
non-prescription lines within 30 days with proof of purchase. Please see our
Returns Policy for more details. Goods must be in acceptable condition and
Empire Supplies must be contacted prior to sending.
Medicines, infant formula, fragrances, vitamin supplements ordered by customers cannot be refunded or returned. All other lines ordered incorrectly by customer, can be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage will be paid for by customer and a 10% administration charge will apply.
