Today, nearly every young girl strives to have the same goal - loss weight.

However, before beginning on your weight loss quest, have you completed your checks on the weight-loss products you will use? Or, are you blindly following the advertising that claims to lose weight in a short period of time?

After reading this article, hope everyone have the better understanding of healthy body control.

Loss weight? Fitness?

To begin with, you need to clarify whether or not you need to lose weight. Unfortunately, some have the incorrect concept of beauty by thinking ‘the thinner the prettier’ even though their body BMI (body mass index) is at the standard level and thus not satisfied with how they look. In addition, some go to the extreme and deliberately control what they eat (or not eat) and taking diet pills to become skinner, which may lead to kidney failure, brain damage or even death.

For individuals who are not satisfied with their body shape, instead of fat, consider training or exercise to tone body muscles.

Weight Gain during illness

Some patients may experience weight gain when they are ill. Common medical conditions associated with weight gain include endocrine abnormalities, thyroid dysfunction, or polycystic ovarian syndrome. You should consult the doctor immediately for treatment.

If weight-gain is not caused by illness, then the first thing to do is to check your own lifestyle habits; diet, exercise and eating habits.

Lifestyle – irregular daily routine and lifestyle may cause weight gain. Liver detoxification is important as the liver is the main organ that cleanses the body of toxins. It’s claimed that the best period of detoxification occurs between 11:00pm and 3:00am – when the body is in deep-sleep mode. Any period of time when the liver detoxification process is interrupted, the detoxification function will be reduced and excess toxins will be reflected in your weight.

Eating habits - weight and eating habits are inextricably linked. First of all, check what are your favourite foods. Eating foods that are either deep-fried, sugary snacks and foods high in carbohydrates or starch will lead to weight gain. Consider switching to foods high in fibre such as vegetables and fruits that will assist in speeding-up your metabolism. Having an imbalanced-diet may slow the body’s metabolism, thus creating a build-up of excess toxins and waste residues that accumulates in the body and can easily become fat.

Research points out that rapid weight loss is eliminating the body's water and not fat. Therefore, we have to start by controlling our metabolism. Office workers often eat out and find it difficult to eat a balanced diet. Taking nutritional supplements’ may assist in helping you achieve your daily intake of essential vitamins and minerals.

Garcinia Cambogia is a citrus-like fruit derived from South Asia. Extracts of peel citric acid (HCA) are traditionally used for cooking but are also used to assist in loosing weight. The benefit of Garcinia Cambogia is to increase metabolism so that toxins from the body can be taken out.

African mango - African mango soluble fibre helps slow the digestion and absorption of dietary sugar. African Mango fibre also binds to the bile acids in the intestine, helping to expel it from the body by forcing the body to convert more cholesterol into bile acids, thereby helping to cholesterol levels.

There are no magic pills that will have an immediate effect. Instead, take care of your body by watching what you eat. Avoid foods high in fat and sugar. Consume more fruits and vegetables. Deliberate on-diet can lead to adverse sequelae such as overeating, anorexia and so on. The simplest way to develop a healthy lifestyle is to exercise regularly and control your diet.
